Please follow these two steps to process your complete registration to KLOTZ Congress.

– Step one : Fill out the online registration form for the conference
– Step two : Submit the payment of the total fee according to your selections.

The following payment means will be accepted :

•   Cheque cashable in France must be made with the order of : SFE Congrès 2025
•   Order Form : only for registration fees by the wording of SFE Congrès 2025

Registration fees

The registration fee includes access to the scientific sessions on 12th and 13th May 2025 as well as access to the coffee breaks and the scientific programme.
The registration fee does not include lunches.

Congress Terms of cancellations

All requests for cancellation will need to be made in writing (by post, facsimile or electronic mail) to AOS which will acknowledge the receipt of the canceled application.
– For cancellation requests received by (date TBC), the registration fee minus an administration charge of 50 Euros will be refunded after the conference.
– From (date TBC) no refund will be made.
– All refunds will be made after the congress.
